Important events and activities of Minhaj ul Quran International of year 1983.
- In this year Dr. Tahir ul Quadri started delivering "Fahm ul Quran" program on PTV (Pakistan Television)
- In this year was bought 20 Kanals of land for the construction of Central Secretariat of Minhaj ul Quran International and Jamia Masjid Minhaj ul Quran in M-Block of Model Town (Lahore).

- Was inaugurated the Ittefaq Academy in Model Town, Lahore
- 3 January 1983 - Shaykh ul Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir ul Qadri went to USA for the treatment of Heart Attack and on returning he visited Madinah Munawwara.
