Founder and Patron-in-Chief is the title of Shaykh ul Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir ul Qadri.

According to the constitution of MQI, Shaykh ul Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir ul Qadri is the lifetime Patron in Chief and Chief Executive of Minhaj ul Quran International.
